Study Level 2 Award in Supervising Staff Safely

Students learn effectively when they are thinking, doing and discussing. There are no PowerPoint presentations or ‘lectures’ on this course.

Students take on the role of newly-appointed supervisors at a fictitious organisation and, through a series of interactive exercises, tackle many of the issues that they will face in their own workplace.

The exercise is facilitated by an experienced tutor who offers their own expertise in order to consolidate knowledge and understanding.

Assessment is via an online task, which is completed back in the workplace and marked by an external examiner. Successful candidates gain an accredited qualification.
