We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The primary focus of this position is to perform all core HR functions, including HR administration, payroll, employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and maintaining and improving the HR system with a specific focus on providing support to the UK team. If you have a proven track record of functioning as an HR Generalist, then this role is for you.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years’ experience within HR, preferably in the service industry
  • High degree of autonomy, respect for deadlines and adaptability to the context of various situations while undertaking a diverse range of tasks at the same time
  • Proficient in all digital tools (particularly HR databases)
  • Skilled in analysing HR data to improve HR services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to ensure accuracy, with good attention to detail at all times.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and professional maturity when handling sensitive situations and data.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Indian employment law
  • Experience in reviewing, writing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience in managing recruitment and selection.
  • Experience in delivering training.
  • Experience in leading projects and implementing new initiatives.
